1 Dead In Motorcycle Wreck In Greenville Co
A Landrum man was killed in a motorcycle accident Thursday morning just a few blocks from his home.
Edward Lee Campbell, 42, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash according to the Greenville County Coroner Office. Campbell died in a crash in the 700 block of Belue Mill Road. That just a few blocks from his home on the same road.
Campbell was thrown off the bike and died from injuries to his head according to the coroner. He was not wearing a helmet. An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. Deputies say a man is in the hospital after a shooting that happened due to a dispute over a dog in Anderson County.
